It's a pity that I can't write on a resource where someone will see this. I ordered one bouquet. On the day when the delivery was supposed to be, it turned out that it doesn't exist... either
a) it shouldn't be shown on the site immediately that it is available
b) at least tell somewhere... that we may not deliver, find out how much time N... so that you confirm
c) emergency - if there is no time but needed - allow to choose a replacement

We are very sorry that the situation turned out this way. The replacements in your bouquet are minimal and only concerned its color, which did not differ significantly and maintained its pastel tone, so we did not offer other options. Also, our site states that the bouquet may differ from the image shown, including color; all replacements are agreed with you in advance, and if any flowers or colors are categorically unsuitable for you, we are always ready to listen to your suggestions and try to fulfill them.
In any case, we are open to dialogue and resolving issues, and we hope we were able to reach a solution.
