Simply no words. I ordered bouquets several times and today I decided that I will no longer do this. Constantly the flowers declared on the website are not in stock. I pay for something exotic, I get tulips.
Today I placed an order for delivery, paid everything, the order was put on hold, no one called or warned that delivery was not planned because they do not deliver one flower. Why the payment went through – no one explained either. Everything just hung and froze. Improve your service so as not to lose customers.

Просто нет слов. Заказывала несколько раз букеты и сегодня решила,что больше не буду этого делать. Постоянно нет в наличии цветов,заявленных на сайте. Оплачиваю что-то экзотическое, получаю тюльпаны.
Сегодня сделала заказ на доставку,все оплатила,поставили заказ на удержание,никто не позвонил и не предупредил,что доставка не планируется,потому что 1 цветок они не доставляют. Почему прошла оплата- также никто не объяснил. Просто всё подвисло и застыло. Сервис прокачайте свой,чтобы не терять клиентов.

Several bouquets were ordered for the morning of March 8, but the delivery person called only late in the evening (at 10 PM), when no one could receive them anymore. As a result, the girls received the flowers only on March 9. The gift for the holiday for three girls was spoiled. Unfortunately, no one warned about the time change, and it was impossible to reach the company by several phone numbers. A very unpleasant situation and embarrassing for the girls that they did not receive flowers on their holiday.

Несколько букетов были заказаны на утро 8-го Марта, но доставщик позвонил только поздно вечером (в 10 вечера), когда их уже никто получить не смог. В итоге девушки цветы получили только 9-го марта. Подарок на праздник трём девушкам был испорчен. К сожалению никто не предупредил о переносе времени, дозвониться по нескольким телефонам компании было невозможно.
