Flower delivery reviews in Teofipol

The bouquet that was delivered did not match what I ordered; there were no gerberas or spray roses! Instead, they stuffed in a lot of daisies + a gel balloon which was also ordered but did not reach the recipient for unknown reasons! Although my wife was happy with the flowers, I am not satisfied with the quality of service! This is not the first time your company has repeated its reputation! I am waiting for explanations!
