Доработать прейскурант, что бы четко было видно, что сколько стоит.
Вдруг выясняется, что букет доставляемый на область поднялся в цене на 30 %. и я не нашла на вашей страничке, что доставка будет стоить 200 гр!!!

We offered several options: deliver to any address where she might be, hand over through neighbors, leave it with someone at home. We agreed to meet in Kyiv. Meet with her. Курьер созвонился с получателем. Получатель не смогла сказать, когда она будет дома. Мы предложили несколько вариантов: доставить по любому адресу, где бы она не находилась, передать через соседей, оставить кому-то дома. Мы договорились встретится в Киеве. Встретится с ней. Когда курьер перезвонил 2 раз , чтоб точно уточнить где и время - получатель отключила телефон. В чем наша вина не совсем понятно. Так как в 17.30 мы были готовы выполнить доставку по любому удобному адресу.

Заказывал доставку цветов. В день доставки оператор связался с получателем в 7 вечера, и, услышав, что получить заказ в данный момент будет неудобно, пообещал воткнуть букет перед дверью. Разумеется, после такого я потребовал отменить доставку, на что мне оператор клятвенно заверял, что \"мы договорились о получении\". Вранье, все что я услышал от менеджера фирмы - вранье, от первого до последнего слова.
Мне сказали, что они договорились о доставке, что неправда, и уже сформировали букет, что тоже неправда.
Отзыв о работе? По десятибальной шкале:
персонал/менеджер 0/10
доставка 0/10
отношение к делу 0/10
К слову, за то, что менеджер НЕ договаривается с получателем о доставке, они НЕ возвращают деньги.
Да и не в деньгах дело, а в испорченных нервах и обещании \"воткнуть букет перед дверью\" вместо доставки.
Буду всем знакомым рекомендовать не иметь с этим магазином никаких дел.
