I had flowers delivered 4 times. Twice I was delighted with the bouquets received. The last two times I was very upset; we ordered roses, but a bouquet of roses and lilies was delivered, the lilies had a very strong smell and I had to throw them away ), I received a replacement - a wonderful bouquet. Yesterday I received another bouquet and was upset again - the picture showed red roses beautifully arranged, but I received dark red roses with large beautiful green leaves tied like a regular bouquet with a ribbon and red netting. The bouquet disappointed me, I thought the florist was busy and this bouquet was arranged by an intern. And the previous bouquet was delivered with a delay of several days.
