We checked with the florist about the situation; the fresh flower delivery was on September 11, and the flowers were kept in the refrigerator all the time. According to delivery conditions, we guarantee the freshness of flowers for 3-5 days from the delivery date. But even if the flowers are delivered in good quality, they require daily care: changing the water in the vase and trimming the rose stems by 1-1.5 cm every day. Unfortunately, after delivery, we cannot control the further conditions of flower care. Perhaps this contributed to the roses lasting only three days.

Добрый день, Александр. Спасибо за сообщение. Мы уточнили у флориста ситуацию, свежая поставка цветов была 11сентября и цветы все время находились в холодильнике. По условиям доставки мы гарантируем свежесть цветов в течение 3-5 дней с даты доставки. Но даже если цветы доставляются хорошего качества, за ними нужен ежедневный уход: замена воды в вазе и подрезка кончиков роз на 1-1,5см каждый день. К сожалению после доставки мы не можем проконтролировать дальнейшие условия содержания цветов. Возможно они и послужили тому, что розы простояли всего три дня.
