I placed an order for delivery to the Lviv region for March 8, 2018, delivery time from 6:00 to 8:00, understanding how busy the day would be. Unfortunately, the order was not fulfilled at the specified time or at all during the day, no information was received, and only at 22:55 did I receive a letter stating that at the manager's discretion, delivery would be made on March 9 from 6:00 to 8:00.
I have a question, why did the manager decide on March 9, not March 8, 2019, which is probably more relevant.
If I understand correctly, the amount of 650.00 UAH is charged for timely delivery?
At this moment, I have no information about the order fulfillment. Please return the money I paid. You did not perform the work for which I made 100% prepayment.
The holiday was spoiled.

Очень не довольна работай компании. Заказ не только не был выполнен, но даже нет никакой информации о его судьбе.
Я сделала заказ на доставку во Львовскую область на 8 марта 2018 год, время доставки с 6.00-8.00, понимая каким загруженным будет день. К сожалению не в указанное время и вообще в течении дня заказ выполнен не был, какой либо информации тоже не поступало и только в 22.55 пришло письмо, о том, что по усмотрению менеджера доставка будет произведена 9 марта с 6.00-8.00.
У меня вопрос, почему. менеджер решил именно 9 марта, не 8 марта 2019 года, это более актуально наверное.
Если я правильно понимаю, то сумма в размере 650.00 грн. берётся за своевременную доставку?
На данную минуту у меня нет информации о выполнении заказа. Просьба вернуть мне оплаченные деньги. Вы не выполнили работу за которую я сделала 100% предоплату.
Праздничный день был испорчен.

В связи с большой загруженностью флористов, к сожалению, мы не смогли выполнить доставку в оговоренное время. Bouquets Delivered Across Lviv Oblast
UFL delivers flowers to 41 towns and villages of Lviv Oblast, from the suburbs of Lviv to distant towns such as Drohobych, Sheptytskyi, Stryi, Truskavets. Delivery in the region starts from UAH 49, we work daily from 8:00 to 21:00, and we send you a photo of the finished bouquet before it is handed over. If the recipient lives in the regional centre itself, see flower delivery in Lviv. Below is a table with prices and distances for every town in the region.
Where Your Bouquet Comes From
Up to 30 km from Lviv (Briukhovychi, Vynnyky, Obroshyne, Pustomyty and other suburbs): the bouquet is made in Lviv and a courier takes it straight to the recipient. This is the fastest option.
30–100 km (Horodok, Kamianka-Buzka, Novoiavorivsk, Mykolaiv and others): delivered from Lviv or by a partner florist in the nearest town.
Over 100 km (Brody, Skhidnytsia, Staryi Sambir, Skole and others): if we have a partner in the nearest town, the bouquet is made there and delivery costs less. Otherwise a courier brings it from Lviv, so the price is higher.

In Yavoriv, Zhydachiv, Rava-Ruska, Zhyrova, Zolochiv, Radekhiv, Stryi, Sheptytskyi, Drohobych, Sambir, Duliby, Truskavets, Boryslav, Smilne, Brody, Staryi Sambir, Skole bouquets are made by trusted local UFL partner florists. That is why delivery there costs less than the distance from Lviv would suggest. By prior arrangement with our manager you can also pick the bouquet up yourself.
Distances are approximate, by road. The delivery price is fixed and shown at checkout.
Lviv Oblast at a Glance
Lviv Oblast covers 21.8 thousand km² in western Ukraine and borders Poland.
