- The guest’s name exactly as on the booking, plus their dates of stay.
- Hotel name and address and the reception phone number.
- Room number if you know it; otherwise the name is enough.
- Delivery time — ideally after check-in, usually after 2 pm.

- A basket — impressive for newlyweds or a business guest.
- A bouquet in an aqua box — with its own water if the guest returns late.
