Birthday
HydrangeasStepan's name day is celebrated on 27 December under the Revised Julian calendar (9 January before 2023) — the third day of Christmas and the feast of Saint Stephen, the First Martyr and Archdeacon. The name comes from the Greek "stephanos", meaning "wreath, crown". By folk tradition, carollers go round "for Stepan" on this day and hosts treat their guests generously. Below are name day wishes for Stepan — for a husband, son, dad, friend or colleague — plus poems and gift ideas.
