Dear Company, I am writing to tell you my considerations after my first purchase with your company. In any other purchase, after choosing the product and communicating the delivery address, the final price is processed, the customer checks it and then decides whether to buy or not, because if the price is high, he can refuse the purchase. Your company, on the other hand, communicates a price and charges the Customer, and then informs him the day after that the delivery address, which you already knew the day before when placing the order, requires double the expected price and does not communicate Customer who can pick up the order if he wants and you will return the money already paid. send others and then still change the red roses with a small bouquet of mixed flowers. Your behavior is unspeakable and if you were an Italian company, I would have gone to the Postal Police with your emails and my payments and a complaint would have already started, with an inspection on your way of working and you would have received an economic penalty. Unfortunately, I trusted, thinking that I was dealing with a serious company, but it was the first and last purchase I will make with you.
