Your company is a shoddy operation, not a delivery service. The horror you caused... just no words. Sorry, ladies, but I wish you would be given flowers like this all your "wonderful" life!!!!! And running out to the reception several times and being told "nothing was delivered"... you go to the room and back to reception... no flowers.
I will not describe the emotions and feelings from the mess you caused me and my wife... bringing the situation to absurdity. But I strongly recommend you return the money. And believe me, I will post everywhere possible because you will delete my review immediately. But the internet is big ))

Good afternoon, Vladimir. Thank you for your review. From our side, the order was delivered on time and according to delivery rules, it was left at the reception with a request to hand it over to the recipient.
As it turned out later, the reception staff confused and took the flowers to another room. The florist called the reception to double-check and they tried to correct the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the work of hotel staff and our reputation cannot depend on the level of service in each hotel.
We are very sorry for the situation. From our side, we called the recipient, explained the situation, and apologized to her.
