Alexander, thank you for the message. As the florist clarified, the order was delivered on Sunday, but the recipient was not at home. The florist left the flowers at the address, asking the neighbors to pass the gift to the recipient. We informed you about this and asked to clarify the phone number for contact. On Monday, you provided the recipient's phone, and the florist contacted the girl. Unfortunately, she confirmed that she did not receive anything. Thus, the florist delivered a compensation bouquet to your recipient. We are very sorry that Irina was not given the bouquet on Sunday, so the florist delivered a second bouquet the next day.
Thank you for your feedback; please provide complete information for delivery in the future, namely address and phone number, to deliver the bouquet personally to the recipient and avoid difficulties in fulfilling the order.
