Overall, thank you for pleasing my parents. And a big thank you to the courier for attentiveness.
The order was for my father and without a bouquet, so it's hard for me to rate the florist's work (and it's silly to give both maximum and minimum ratings here).
But thanks to the courier for politeness and attentiveness and for not forgetting to take a photo. Unfortunately, they were a bit late on time. But on February 23rd, this is understandable.
And thanks to the manager for warning us that they would not be able to deliver by the specified time.
I cannot see the quality of the purchased products and I don't even know what quantity and which manufacturer was purchased (it would be nice to be informed about this somehow).
Regarding the bug on the website and usability, I have already written about some things in a separate letter. I hope they will be fixed over time.
