This is my second order with this company, and most likely the last.
First. Be careful when ordering and calculating the cost, check how much was charged from the card. Both times they took more money than necessary! Yes, they returned it later, but only after my statement and demand for a refund. No apologies, as if taking more money is natural! They count on you not noticing... Also note, the prices for the same bouquet vary greatly depending on the delivery city. And you find out only after payment.
About bouquet quality. The first time (2017) they told me they didn't have certain flowers and asked if they could substitute. This year (2020) no one asked, they replaced flowers without my knowledge. The result did not meet my expectations at all. The bouquet called "Burgundy" and described as wine shades was actually light pink. With the "business" package, it looked poorer and worse than the photo on the site. Delivered on time, the recipient was happy anyway, but the recipient doesn't know how the bouquet should look!

I am not satisfied with the quality of the fruit basket. Bananas and pears were missing, replaced by an increased number of apples. The ordered card with text is missing.
