Good afternoon, I want to thank you once again for the bouquet delivery and the joy! The preliminary call is a great idea, my mom had no idea what was being brought to her and from whom! The courier guy is a smart one, my mom said he was polite and smiling! Well done! Many thanks to him for the delivered joy! Special thanks to the florist girls, the bouquet is wonderful, the roses are still fresh and they even gave instructions on how to care for the bouquet. I am very grateful to you for giving those who live far away the opportunity to congratulate their loved ones in this way! Good luck and prosperity to you! Sincerely, Katerina. Prague

Ksenia loved the flowers as always. Thanks again! You have made me a loyal customer!
UFL response
Thank you very much for the order. We are very glad that you enjoyed it and we were able to please your loved ones!
Good selection of flowers, flexibility in ordering and payment. I placed an order in the evening, 1.5 hours before delivery. Although the courier was 10 minutes late, he called, agreed to come to the coffee shop near the destination, and took a photo after delivery. Also, the website and authorization need improvement. Overall, I recommend, 9/10.
UFL response
Thank you Igor for your order. In the future, we will improve the website, take all your wishes into account and hope to see you among our regular customers.

Original UFL reply

The flowers were not delivered on time! We ordered and paid for a specific day, called - they delivered a day earlier! Why accept an order for a specific day if you can't deliver on that day?!
UFL response
Thank you very much, Ekaterina, for your order and feedback. The order specified the delivery date as November 10, delivery time from 18:00 to 21:00, so the courier delivered the gift within this time frame. No other delivery time was indicated anywhere. Perhaps the time you selected was not saved, but we have no other delivery data. We apologize for the situation and ask you in the future to duplicate the delivery date in the comments to avoid such unfortunate misunderstandings. Thank you. Sorry again for this misunderstanding.
