This time the florists messed up, the flowers are far from the freshest((( I immediately threw away 2 branches from the bouquet because they crumbled. The stems of the chrysanthemums have been in water for a very long time - they are just peeled and rotten, the green lush leaves, which fresh chrysanthemums have a lot of, are almost completely absent, and those that are - are dried out... I asked nicely for fresh flowers.... it's a pity... I hope this is an unfortunate misunderstanding... the courier was excellent.

The flowers in this bouquet are the freshest, 2 days have passed since delivery, the flowers are stored in special florist refrigeration chambers, so we are fully confident in their freshness. You are our regular client and we value you very much. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the order fulfillment, we sent you a photo of the bouquet by email, you can see for yourself that it is fresh and lush. The florist even added additional decor in the form of butterflies to the VIP bouquet.

Someone below complained that they were given not as they wanted. So clearly set the task, and you will get a clear answer whether it is possible or not. Everyone has their own wishes, no one reads minds.

Someone promised that the cake would be different. And couldn't find a smaller card? I wrote that it was grandpa's anniversary, 70 years, they wrote that everything would be fine. Maybe now it is fine with you. If so, then this is a very bad fine.

Thank you for your review. Allow us to explain the situation. You asked to deliver a fruit cake, but not exactly the same as last time. We passed your request, and the florist bought a different cake. A free card was attached to the bouquet. A larger format greeting card costs 15 UAH; a handmade card costs 23 UAH. There was no mention of the card format in the order, and this was not discussed with the operator. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied, despite the bouquet being made of the freshest flowers, beautifully arranged, and the florist purchased a fresh fruit cake.
