Good afternoon. I was not quite satisfied with the delivery! It was very important for me that the bouquet be delivered on time (20:00 - 21:00), but unfortunately, the courier arrived at 14:00! The bouquet was beautiful and fresh but absolutely did not match my choice! I was satisfied with the manager's work, a very pleasant girl! But the most important thing in this situation is that despite all the shortcomings, the recipient was happy and received a lot of pleasant emotions!!!

Unfortunately, regarding exact delivery times, we conveyed your wishes to the florist, but we cannot guarantee exact timing 100% for international orders, as our partners also do not guarantee it, and this is also stated in the international delivery terms on the website. We should have also warned you about this by phone. Since your order was accepted by the florist on the same day and it was a Saturday, we assume that possibly the florist did not inform us about substitutions due to the time difference and made a substitution with flowers that were available. Добрый день. Я осталась не совсем довольна доставкой! Для меня было очень важно чтобы букет был доставлен вовремя (20:00 - 21:00), но к сожалению курьер прибыл в 14:00! Букет был красивый и свежий, но абсолютно не соответствовал моему выбору! Работой менеджера я осталась довольна, очень приятная девушка! Но а самое главное в данной ситуации, что не смотря на все недочеты получательница осталась довольна и получила массу приятных эмоций!!!

К сожалению по точному времени доставки мы Ваши пожелание передали флористу, но на 100% мы не можем гарантировать точное время в международных заказах, т.к. нам партнеры тоже не гарантируют его и это указано также в условиях международной доставки на сайте. По телефону мы Вас также должны были предупредить об этом. Поскольку Ваш заказ был принят флористом день-в-день и это была субботу, мы предполагаем, что возможно флорист нас не предупредил о заменах из-за разницы во времени и сделал замену на цветы, которые были в наличии. Пожалуйста пришлите нам фото доставленной композиции на почту [email protected], чтоб мы могли оценить качество доставленной композиции. Заранее спасибо.
