The order was paid on 07.03 with delivery on 8.03. By 23:00 the order was still not delivered. Contacted online support - silence. Email sent also went unanswered. In the end: the order was paid for, not delivered, no feedback. The person was left without a gift. I will be requesting a refund due to UFL's failure to fulfill their obligations.

Заказ оплачен 07.03 с доставкой 8.03. До 23.00 заказ так и не был доставлен. Обращение в онлайн помощь- тишина. Письмо на е-майл тоже без ответа остался. В итоге: заказ оплачен, не доставлен, обратной связи нет. Человек остался без подарка. Буду возвращать деньги, в связи с невыполнением обязательств со стороны UFL.
