Елена, мы не пытаемся сделать Вас виноватыми. Мы всего лишь ответили Вам, что по данному заказанному букету указан точно только цвет, а состав и дизайн могли отличаться. Но если букет был не в белых тонах, Вы могли сразу с нами связаться и мы бы постарались решить сложившуюся ситуацию с флористом в Вашу пользу. Ваш отзыв мы получили только спустя 8 месяцев и не можем корректно отреагировать на Вашу претензию из-за срока давности, т.к. не можем перепроверить реальную ситуацию по доставленному букету.

The calculator during order processing calculated 160 UAH more. In previous orders, bouquets did not match the photos at all + delivery was not at the specified time without a call! Unprofessional and customers are not valued. Sad.

Реально возмущен!!Информация не соответствует действительности!Менеджер звонил и делал предложения одни,а как дошло дело до заказа-все отменилось.Калькулятор вообще при оформлений заказа-считал на 160 грн больше сумму.В предыдущих заказах букеты вообще не соответствовали фото+доставка не в указанное время без звонка!Непрофессионально и клиентов не ценят.Печально.

Это означало, что букет формируется флористом на его вкус из свежих цветов, которые у него будут на тот момент. Поэтому букет может быть не только не идентичным, но и вообще отличаться формой и дизайном. Эта информация прописана в данном букете. В целом осталась довольна:отзывчивые внимательные девочки,менеджер.Но были неприятные моменты:с получателем букета никто не связался,букет вообще не соответствовал заказанному.Кроме роз ,в букете ,заменили все,даже цветовая гамма была другая.Хотя накануне менеджер говорила,что с составляющими проблем нет. Обращаться ,конечно,буду,но хотелось бы обойтись без подобных неожиданностей.Спасибо
