I ordered a small Elephant Soft toy. I understand that it may not have been available and a Teddy was delivered instead. However, the Teddy did not look new, it was dirty and out of shape as though it had been on a shelf for a long time, the recipient was very disappointed. The girl who delivered the flowers was not dressed appropriately to deliver flowers in a proffessional engineering company. She was scantily dressed, not the correct image.

I was very impressed with the fact that the delivery man called my sweets on the phone to say he had a 'package' & then proceeded to deliver to her at work. I was concerned that the flowers would be simply dropped off at her home for her to find later. She was overwhelmed with happiness & I was too. Nice to Skype with her hours later & see the joy you provided her. This made my week. :) Thanks, UA-Flowers. You made me into a man today ;)
