Poets, painters and philosophers have written about flowers, and each found something different in them: joy, hope, a reminder of how fleeting beauty is. Here are famous quotes about flowers and roses, Ukrainian proverbs, and short original lines from the UFL team to write on a gift card or use as a photo caption.

A “just because” bouquet is loved for the surprise, so its note should be simple and warm. A few short lines we wrote for exactly that:
Write the card by hand: even one short line in your own handwriting means more than a long printed message.
A quote easily becomes a gift: write it on a card to go with the bouquet. Roses suit lines about love; spring tulips suit words about hope and new beginnings.
