I ordered the pink roses, but my girl received it red..
And the writing is too bad.

Please review the order before sending them to the person..

U should reconfirm with customer the address when u understood it's Bucha and not Kiev and make ur job done.
and that's not my fucking business to do ur job by myself and going on taxi back.
U wish to "keep the surprise "for recipient ruined the day cuz it's way uncomfortable to carry a huge bear, flowers and cake for girl. Stop ur excuses that price for Bucha must be different u should reconfirm then that with person who placed an order. I really hate you guys cuz u work very bad and have only excuses after.

First of all my order was for Valentine's Day, not for today. There is meaning to send the delivery today. When I complained about the situation all your excuses were 'We didn't reach the recepient' nothing more( although your dialling system was not able to work). I asked for my girl friend to call you to get deliver from you. Can you imagine this? I wanted to make a surprise to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, I had to say her that pls call them to get your flowers because I couldn't contact any of you from abroad to handle and solve my problem..I am deeply regret of using your website! And as I will order no more flowers via you, I will not suggest any of my friends and will write on every related website I can. In short, you screwed every of my plans!.
