my order was placed at aaround 8am on valentines day. i was promised by the website that the flowers will be delivered by that same day... it still has not been deliverd now 24 hours later.. i try to accessyour live help service-- you dont respond to my query ---i have been doing this for the last 23 hours --- i demand a refund ... you are as useless as all the other websites making false promises. at this rate you will shut yourself out of business. i reserve no sympathy for you

To delivery my order at 23:00 on Valentine's Day is unacceptable. I give my order on 12.02.2018 and most probably you forgat it. Than when I ask "you when my order will be delivered", you replied "until 18:00". Then I called again your answer was "we can not guarantee the deliveries for Valentine's Day" Out of work ethic. Then the driver tried to deliver the flowers to work adress of mygirlfreind. Eventhought she tell him that she will not be at the Office after 18:00 and gave him home adress. She is called during the night and disturbed more than 3 times. Is thsi satisfaction guaranteed service. You ruin all your past performances.
