Well it was pointed out to me to read your terms and conditions on delivery on live chat service that no video or photos are provided as part of the service and I am extremely disappointed that you have exceptions but do not express that "up front" and hide behind terms and conditions. I could have gone to one of your competitors like Nikolaev Flowers for my Valentine order. I shall not use your service again and will inform others of your significant limitations on the most romantic day of the year when gifts are sent. Never to call on your service again because \I have no record of the flower display or chocolates or teddy bear or sparkling wine bottle and just your picture on the order sheet. Disgraceful inadequacy.
