I tried to order a gift for my sister's birthday. I spent the evening. Terrible website and just an incredible pricing system. I chose flowers, balloons, specified the delivery city Irpen, and the final amount doubled!!! The consultant said it's because it's a different city! Irpen, which is 15 minutes away, and I pay extra for delivery??? Nonsense!! Despite this, I decided to order just 11 balloons on the Irpen site, price 595 UAH, it rises to 695, then 700, then they give a promo code with a discount and say free delivery, but the total is 900!!! How can this be???? I wouldn't mind paying if it was the original price plus a card, all happy customers. In this case, I'll just order from another company, never again will I waste time and nerves on this site. Recommendation to management to reconsider this policy because by trying to earn an extra 200 UAH by deceiving people, you lose customers and potential earnings!

Good afternoon, Olga! We apologize if our site and prices did not suit you. Probably the site was not working correctly if the price changed. Our prices in Kyiv are cheaper than in other cities. Delivery to Irpen is done not from Kyiv but by local florists who inform us of the delivery cost, so it is higher than in Kyiv. Also, according to delivery conditions, if there are no flowers in the order (we primarily deliver flowers), an 80 UAH delivery fee without flowers is added. We will be glad to hear from you!

Terrible service!!!! I ordered a bouquet of 19 roses, in craft paper, lots of greenery, and no decorations. They delivered the bouquet in blue paper, without greenery, and with lace and blue ribbons. The flowers were not very fresh. We were in a hurry to get to the event, so we accepted the bouquet. But right before handing over the flowers, we counted the roses and there were 18 stems and one stem without a bud. We had to throw away one rose and the stem without a bud. In the end, we received 17 flowers instead of 19. I wrote a complaint to the manager, he apologized a lot and as compensation offered a box of chocolates and payment for the two missing flowers, but... only on the next purchase. Even with their mistakes, this company tries to profit from customers. I believe you should compensate for your mistakes immediately at the time of the incident. I will not recommend this service to anyone!!!! Ruined mood and impression guaranteed when buying... After writing this review, I was told that I did not specify which color NOT TO USE for the bouquet wrapping. This is idiocy, I cannot know what color the florist will decide to use for the bouquet design, so I clearly specified "craft paper" in the order. Besides, I was told that a manager would contact me to clarify compensation details. A week has passed and the manager still hasn't called. I do not recommend it, I even went to the market specifically to check freshness and prices. For this price, I could have bought peony roses, beautiful and very fresh.

Irpin: from a railway siding to a Hero City
Modern Irpin grew out of the railway: in 1898 the Kyiv–Kovel line was laid next to the bridge over the Irpin River, and in 1902 the newspaper Kievlyanin mentioned the Irpin siding. Older corners of the town date further back: the Pylypiv Potik farmstead is recorded in 1803, and the German colony of Severynivka appeared in the east in the late 19th century. The settlement grew without a plan, its streets cut through the forest as numbered "lines". On 28 February 1918 the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen and Haidamaky defeated a Bolshevik unit here and opened the road to Kyiv. Irpin became a town on 30 December 1956, with Ivan Nuzhnyi as the first head of its executive committee. On 24 March 2022 it was awarded the title Hero City of Ukraine and was liberated from Russian troops on 28 March 2022.
People of Irpin
Composer Kostiantyn Skorokhod (1921–1991), author of over 150 songs, was born here. Writer Mykola Nosov (1908–1976), creator of Dunno, spent his childhood in Irpin; his family house at 12 Stelmakha Street survives and a park is named after his hero. Painter Fedir Krychevskyi, first rector of the Ukrainian Academy of Fine Arts, lived here in 1944–1947, artist Volodymyr Sydoruk from 1953, and poet Oleksandr Irvanets has lived here since 1993.
Irpin today
The town lies on the Irpin River 7 km from Kyiv, a former dacha and resort area among pine woods. Landmarks include the Holy Trinity Church (in use since 1911), the Irpin Writers' House in the former Chokolov dacha, Volodymyr Pravyk Park, Central Park and the 600-year-old Pradub oak. In 2016 Irpin entered the National Register of Records of Ukraine for the number of parks built or renovated in two years. A courier will bring your bouquet to any part of Irpin.
