Thanks to the florists for the special order and creating the bouquet just as desired! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife at 9 a.m., paid for early delivery 2 days in advance, discussed again with the manager by phone, but instead of 9 a.m., they delivered the bouquet at the beginning of 9 p.m.! They just called my wife and said they could not deliver the "gift" now, and offered to choose another time - 2 p.m. or 8 p.m. In the end, the bouquet was delivered, the flowers are good, but the delivery left a bad impression!

Заказал жене букет цветов на 9 утра, оплатил раннюю доставку за 2дня, обговорил еще раз с менеджером по телефону, но вместо 9 утра привезли букет начале 9-го вечера! Просто позвонили жене и сказали что не могут доставить \"подарок\" сейчас, и предложили выбрать другое время - 2 часа дня или 8 вечера. В итоге букет привезли, цветы хорошие, но осадок по доставке остался!
