I'll start with the fact that the constant messages coming to my email are annoying. If I want to order something, I will order, and there is no need to send a thousand messages. The questions I answered directly to the manager in messages were probably not read, so why does this service even exist? All questions came to my email and I had to answer twice. I am willing to pay for the service, but excuse me, for 80 euros I expect the flowers to be delivered fresh, and the freshness of the flowers was poor!!!!!! I will not order flowers from you anymore.
