Terrible service! I ordered a bouquet+chocolates set for my sister's birthday, they did not deliver it the same day. I asked to reschedule the order for the next day and they promised an additional box of chocolates as a gift from the company (an apology gift) and offered to credit bonus points (25% of the order cost). I made concessions to them and, as it turned out, in vain!!! Neither the additional box of chocolates nor the bonuses!!! And the bouquet they delivered leaves much to be desired!!! Not only was it terribly arranged, but it also looked far from fresh! It seemed like it was just regifted, used. It clearly stood there for more than one day! I am beyond outraged! A very ugly situation. My messages are simply ignored by the manager. In general, I don't want to deal with this shady company anymore. I really regret trusting them. Think ten times before contacting them. If you want to spoil your mood and that of your loved ones, this is the place! They know how to do it!

Ужасное обслуживание! Заказывала набор букет+конфеты сестре на ДР, не доставили в этот же день. Попросили перенести заказ на следующий день и пообещали дополнительно коробку конфет в качестве презента от компании (извинительный презент) и предложили начислить бонусные баллы(25% от стоимости заказа). Пошла им на уступки и, как выяснилось, зря!!! Ни дополнительной коробки конфет,ни бонусов!!! А букет,который доставили,оставляет желать лучшего!!! Мпло того,что составлен ужасно,так и вид у него далеко не первой свежести! Буд-то передарили просто,б/у. Стоял у них явно ни один день! Моему возмущению просто нет предела! Очень не красивая ситуация получилась. Мои сообщения просто напросто игнорируются менеджером. В общем, больше с этой шаражкиной конторой дел иметь не хочется. Очень жалею,что доверилась именно им. Подумайте 10раз прежде,чем к ним обратиться. Если хотите испортить настроение себе и своим близким,то это к ним! Они это умеют!

Hello! We ordered a bouquet for mom in Kyiv while being in San Francisco. I was a bit worried that there might be difficulties since we don't have a Ukrainian contact number. But everything went well, they confirmed the order by email and also warned about changes in delivery time and composition (they replaced the card, which was not available). They contacted mom by phone beforehand to clarify when she would be home without revealing themselves :)
The bouquet itself is wonderful ("Carrie" for 658 UAH): beautiful, fresh flowers! Mom is delighted with both the surprise and the bouquet. Thank you very much!

When I came to the shop at 13:10 saying "I need to deliver a bouquet by 14:00," I didn't really believe it was possible. But it seems the girls in the shop already knew - the order would be fulfilled! Call to the courier, paperwork, now the flowers are being arranged into a bouquet on the table... Коли о 13:10 я зайшов до крамничкі зі словами \"Треба доставити букет на 14:00\", я не дуже вірив, що це можливо. Але, здається, дівчата в магазині вже знали - замовлення буде виконано! Дзвінок кур\'єру, оформлення документів, ось вже квіти на столі оформлюються в букет... Менш ніж за годину я отримав повідомлення про доставку!
