I have been using your services for the fifth time and cannot help but express my gratitude for the very good service and the joy that, thanks to you, we can deliver to loved ones thousands of kilometers away. Thank you very much. Although my last order was not fully completed - the card, the "Pumpkin" balloon, and the "Miss Pumpkin" candle set that should accompany the bouquet were not delivered. But this happened for the first time, and those who do nothing do not make mistakes. So it did not overshadow much, as the rest of the order was done excellently. Of course, I would like such minor mistakes not to happen in your work in the future. Otherwise, I will continue to cooperate with you and recommend you to all my friends.

Пользуюсь вашими услугами уже пятый раз и не могу не выразить слова благодарности за очень хороший сервиз и ту радость , которую благодаря вам мы можем доставить любимым людям находясь за тысячи километров . Огромное спасибо. Хотя последний мой заказ был выполнен не в полном объеме- не была доставлена открытка ,воздушный шарик \"Тыква\" и полагающий к букету \" Мисс Тыква\" набор свечей. Но это произошло впервые и не ошибается тот кто ничего не делает. Поэтому не очень омрачило , так как остальной заказ был выполнен превосходно, хотелось бы , конечно, в дальнейшем , чтоб не происходили такие мелкие оплошности в вашей работе. А так буду и дальше с вами сотрудничать и рекомендовать всем моим друзьям.

I spent a lot of time figuring out why my order in the personal account still shows as unpaid, although I made the payment to the specified Sberbank card number, one of the payment methods offered, to which there was only one answer: technical issues and we cannot get information about your payment, I sent the payment receipt by email, they agreed that the payment was made, but in the personal account it still hangs as unpaid. Although delivery is promised within 4 hours, they do not fulfill their obligations to customers at all, the money is received and they no longer want to deal with us. True, they promised to resolve my problem, but I spent a lot of time today and all in vain, I ordered delivery for tomorrow, now I worry whether the jubilarian will receive the flowers at all. If I had known there would be such problems, I would have long ago turned to another company or found another way to present the surprise. Now I only hope that everything will be resolved.

Потратила много времени на выяснения почему мой заказ в личном кабинете так и стоит под статусом не оплачен, хотя оплату произвела по указанному номеру карточки Сбербанка ,одним из предложенных им методоа оплаты, на что был только один ответ, технические неполадки и мы не можем получить сведения о вашей оплате, выслала по электронному адресу чек оплаты,согласились , что , видно, что произведена оплата, но в личном кабинете он так и завис как не оплачено. Хоть доставку и обещают произвести в течении 4 часов, но совершенно не выполняют свои обязательства перед клиентами, получены деньги и больше нами заниматься не хотят. Правда, обещали, что разрешат мою проблему, но времени я сегодня потратила очень много и все безрезультатно, заказала доставку на завтра, теперь волнуюсь получит ли вообще юбиляр цветы. Если бы знала. что будут такие проблемы давно бы обратилась в другую фирму или нашло бы иной способ преподнести сюрприз. сейчас только надеюсь, что все уладят.
