Hello Rauno. Thank you for your order. As we have checked situation, your order was not delivered in time because florist can`t reach recipient by phone number to agree delivery. Unfortunately florist doesn`t deliver orders to another cities and towns without previous agreement by phone as that was Zdolbyniv. But finally order was delivered 11-03-2018 when you have given us alternative phone number and florist has agreed and delivered order correctly. Please note your order will be delivered intime if phone number of recipient is correct and it is possible to agree delivery by it.

Hello, Rory. Your order has been delivered. But unfortunately there wasn`t connection with recipient by phone 08-03-2018 and florist didn`t delivered such order because of holiday. Also we ask to put all comments in each order separately if you were ok to leave order to concierge but we don`t check each previous order and comments. We hope for your understanding.
